SP Information Technologies may modify these terms and conditions upon notice published online via SP Information Technologies. User’s use of SP Information Technologies services after such notice shall constitute the user’s acceptance of the modifications to this Agreement. This agreement, User account, contract, and billing will automatically renew unless canceled in writing prior to the renewal date.

Account Activation

We setup the client’s domain hosting account after receiving full payment and check the payment balance before the account activation. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date. We send all hosting WHM/cPanel login details to your providing email address. If you provide any false contact information it may result in the termination of your account.


Customers may voluntarily cancel their account at any time, for any reason, or for no reason, by requesting the cancellation from your member’s area at https://manage.spitbd.com submit Request Cancellation. SP Information Technologies requires a five (5) day cancellation notice prior to the anniversary billing date for discontinuance or downgrades of month-to-month services. Failure to supply the requisite five (5) days will result in a full billable monthly cycle prior to cancellation. All due amounts must be settled in full before we cancel the customer account. The customer understands and agrees that SP Information Technologies does not provide pro-rated or any other kinds of refunds on cancellations. All fees the Customer has paid shall be nonrefundable unless stated otherwise under our 30-day money-back guarantee.

All cancellation requests must be made directly via https://manage.spitbd.com Cancellations requests are accepted by email, phone. If a customer canceled a recurring order by contacting any 3rd parties, we will consider it as an account cancellation request. In such cases, SP Information Technologies reserves the right to terminate the customer account with immediate effect without any prior notice.


SP Information Technologies reserve the right to cancel, suspend and restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. If you are unhappy with the services you receive from SP Information Technologies during the first 30 days of service received (Only Hosting), you may request a full refund. You must describe a detailed reason as to why you are canceling. If we are unable to solve the problem within a short time, we will fully refund you. If clients violate the terms and conditions and suspended in that case refund will not be offered even if asked for cancellation and then agreed to continue using services can’t ask a second time for a refund.

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services, this includes but not limited to Domain Registration, Domain Parking services, dedicated servers, virtual private servers, and overage fees.
